Our purpose is to provide full legal assistance in the legalization of foreign nationals’ residency in Brazil and naturalization, as well as in the review of employment contracts, company formation, corporate dissolutions, real estate contracts (purchase or lease of properties), family law consulting (divorce, dissolution of stable unions, probate and inheritance proceedings), and succession planning (family holding structures). Our legal team has over 18 years of experience in law practice, providing ethical, efficient, transparent, and client-centered service.

Fernando Freitas Galant, registered with the OAB/SC under 31.030-B, graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2005, and began practicing law in 2007, in the city of Porto Alegre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from the Instituto Meridional (IMED) in 2009 and a postgraduate degree in Public Law from the Faculdade Projeção de Brasília/DF, in 2007.

Fernanda Leivas Faillace
Fernanda Leivas Faillace, registered with the OAB/SC under 31.082-B, graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2007, and began practicing law in 2007, in the city of Porto Alegre. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Law from Faculdade Projeção in Brasília/DF, completed in 2007. She completed a specialization course in Civil Law at the Instituto de Desenvolvimento Cultural (IDC) in Porto Alegre in 2008 and was First Secretary of the Animal Rights Commission of the OAB of Santa Catarina from 2016 to 2017. IMMIGRATION LAW
In the area of immigration processes, we focus on the immigration process of foreigners who wish to reside in Brazil temporarily or permanently, for work, investment, study, family or naturalization.
We carry out all immigration procedures with the Brazilian Federal Police, as well as provide legal advice to foreigners or foreign companies, for regularization of stay or residence. Our advisory services also aim to assist foreigners in opening a company, buying and selling real estate and in leasing contracts. Our entire team provides services in English and Spanish.
CORPORATE LAW
In the corporate area, the purpose is to serve small to medium-sized companies, in various economic segments, always with a preventive nature for labor and consumer demands. Drafting and analysis of legal and corporate contracts.
Succession Planning (Family Holding)
In the area of Succession Planning (Family Holding), we work with the purpose of protecting the family’s assets. This protection is provided against third parties and includes more advantageous tax benefits, especially when there is a need for an inventory. The Family Holding system is built according to the client’s needs and profile, thus generating very effective asset protection.
LABOR LAW
In the corporate labor area, in addition to working in litigation, the firm also provides consultancy services, based on the principle of preventive work to avoid potential labor lawsuits, believing that prevention is an excellent way for companies to achieve their results, providing clients with legal security and reducing the economic risks involved in their activities.
In the labor area for individuals, the firm works to guarantee the rights denied to employees during the employment relationship with their former employer, as well as analyzing the legality of the termination of the employment contract.

In the civil area, the company works in the area of real estate contracts, focusing on property defense proceedings, purchase and sale contracts for urban and rural properties, rental contracts, lease contracts, establishment of condominiums and regularization of urban and rural properties.
FAMILY LAW
In the area of family and inheritance, we work in inventories, oversharing, dissolution of stable unions (Brazil) and divorce, alimony and custody of minors, where we always aim for the best solution for the client, through amicable settlement between family members.
